Facilities
The Facilities Supervisor will lead facilities maintenance staff to ensure the safety, functionality, and maintenance of Momentous Institute’s two campuses. They are responsible for managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and custodial services, vendor coordination, and proactive repairs to maintain a safe and functional environment.
MOMENTOUS INSTITUTE
The Accounting Manager plays a key role in managing Momentous Institute’s day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring organizational leaders have timely, accurate, and transparent financial information. This position oversees accounting operations, supports monthly and year-end close processes, maintains strong internal controls, and provides specialized accounting and reporting for grants, capital campaigns, product development, and product sales. The Accounting Manager also supervises accounting team members and collaborates with departments across the organization to reconcile financial data, develop budgets, monitor performance, and improve financial processes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and collaborative accounting professional who can translate complex financial information into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and advance the mission of Momentous Institute.

This position manages the recruiting process from job description development and candidate coordination through pre-employment requirements and onboarding support. The Specialist also administers employee benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and workers’ compensation while maintaining accurate, confidential records and supporting compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and skilled at managing multiple processes from start to finish while providing professional, approachable support to employees and hiring managers.

Working alongside tournament leadership and cross-functional teams, this position helps keep operations running smoothly by coordinating administrative processes, vendor relationships, financial tracking, and event logistics. MOMENTOUS INSTITUTE
Momentous Institute is seeking a Development Coordinator. This role supports the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts through accurate gift processing, data management, project coordination, and administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining donor records in Raiser’s Edge, reconciling gifts with Finance, managing fundraising campaign logistics, coordinating donor communications and events, and ensuring the integrity of development data and reporting. The position serves as a key liaison across Development, Finance, Communications, and other internal teams to support strategic fundraising goals and operational excellence.
Mental Health Services
The Physician Assistant – Certified /PMHNP will work closely with therapists and psychologists as part of an integrated care team. They will provide outpatient psychiatric services to children and adult caregivers, including evaluations, follow-up examinations, diagnostic assessments, and medication monitoring under the direction of a licensed psychiatric physician.
Momentous school
Momentous School is seeking a substitute teacher to support our classrooms in maintaining a positive, nurturing environment that prioritizes both social-emotional health and rigorous academic expectations. The substitute will follow teacher-designed lessons, work positively with students, and collaborate with staff as needed to support a strong classroom community.
MOMENTOUS Institute
The Senior Director of Research & Impact will work closely with the Executive Director and executive leadership team to ensure Momentous Institute’s work is grounded in rigorous research and evidence-based practices. They will oversee the Research & Evaluation team while leading research strategy, organizational learning, and the integration of scientific evidence across programs, content, and product development.
Bilingual Licensed Psychologist
The Bilingual Licensed Psychologist provides evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment services to children, adolescents, and families in both English and Spanish. This role also supports the supervision and training of doctoral psychology trainees, including interns in Momentous Institute’s APA-Accredited Internship Program, while contributing to bilingual training, program development, and community collaboration. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strengths-based clinician who is passionate about supporting children and families and developing the next generation of psychologists.
