Facilities

The Facilities Supervisor will lead facilities maintenance staff to ensure the safety, functionality, and maintenance of Momentous Institute’s two campuses. They are responsible for managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and custodial services, vendor coordination, and proactive repairs to maintain a safe and functional environment.

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant supports the overarching goal of the Operations team to provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for staff, students, clients, and visitors. Additionally, they may provide transportation for the students of Momentous Institute’s PreK through 5th-grade laboratory school.

The Legal Contracts Coordinator will manage and support the contract process for the Club and its related entities, ensuring agreements receive proper review, approval, execution, and filing. This role will work closely with executive leadership, legal counsel, staff, vendors, PGA TOUR representatives, and other stakeholders to maintain legal records, track deadlines, coordinate required documentation, and support confidential administrative matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities with accuracy and professionalism

OPERATIONS

The Operations Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson. Working alongside tournament leadership and cross-functional teams, this position helps keep operations running smoothly by coordinating administrative processes, vendor relationships, financial tracking, and event logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while helping deliver a world-class PGA TOUR event.



MOMENTOUS INSTITUTE

Momentous Institute is seeking a Development Coordinator. This role supports the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts through accurate gift processing, data management, project coordination, and administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining donor records in Raiser’s Edge, reconciling gifts with Finance, managing fundraising campaign logistics, coordinating donor communications and events, and ensuring the integrity of development data and reporting. The position serves as a key liaison across Development, Finance, Communications, and other internal teams to support strategic fundraising goals and operational excellence.

Mental Health Services

The Physician Assistant – Certified /PMHNP will work closely with therapists and psychologists as part of an integrated care team. They will provide outpatient psychiatric services to children and adult caregivers, including evaluations, follow-up examinations, diagnostic assessments, and medication monitoring under the direction of a licensed psychiatric physician.

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant helps ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment by performing general building repairs, supporting event setup, maintaining grounds and roadways, and assisting with janitorial duties. This role contributes to the Operations team’s mission to provide a comfortable and efficient space for staff, students, clients, and visitors.

Mental health services

This role provides direct services to children, adolescents, and families while also offering clinical supervision, mentorship, and training for doctoral-level trainees. Responsibilities include supervising practicum students, psychology interns within an APA-accredited internship program, and postdoctoral fellows to support the development of future mental health professionals.

Momentous school

Momentous School is seeking a substitute teacher to support our classrooms in maintaining a positive, nurturing environment that prioritizes both social-emotional health and rigorous academic expectations. The substitute will follow teacher-designed lessons, work positively with students, and collaborate with staff as needed to support a strong classroom community.

MOMENTOUS Institute

The Senior Director of Research & Impact will work closely with the Executive Director and executive leadership team to ensure Momentous Institute’s work is grounded in rigorous research and evidence-based practices. They will oversee the Research & Evaluation team while leading research strategy, organizational learning, and the integration of scientific evidence across programs, content, and product development.

The Adolescent Group Programming Coordinator provides evidence-based group therapy services that help children and adolescents build resilience, strengthen relationships, and thrive. Working across Momentous Institute’s Dallas and Piney Woods campuses, this role combines clinical expertise with immersive, nature-based programming while supporting client care, program coordination, and family engagement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, organized clinician who is passionate about youth development and creating meaningful therapeutic experiences.
